Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Lily Nicole & Co. currently offers to ship for a promotional flat rate of $6.00 anywhere in the contiguous United States, not including Alaska, Hawaii or outlying territories. At this time, we ship everything via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Regular shipping rates determined by the USPS will be assessed for other locations including international shipments. While we do our best to ship your order out the same or next day, we ask that you please allow up to two weeks for delivery within the contiguous United States. For international orders, we attempt to ship out in the same amount of time but due to increased travel time and customs orders may take longer to arrive.

We are able to ship to most countries world wide, but please be advised that Lily Nicole & Co. will not be responsible, nor are we able to calculate, customs duties and fees that may applicable when shipping merchandise outside of the USA. As the purchaser you accept on behalf of yourself and/or the recipient any fees or duties assessed on shipments leaving the USA. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote for your order.

Due to recent government legislation in Russia, we are currently unable to ship goods to private individuals via DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx or DPD.  

When you order an item at lilynicoleandco.com, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns or exchanges must be approved by Lily Nicole & Co., LLC. Lily Nicole & Co., LLC will issue an authorization code for any approved return or exchange. Any returns received without an authorization code will be considered void - your item will not be accepted. Call Lily Nicole & Co., LLC for instructions - 910-685-1081 10:30am-5:30pm (Eastern Time, USA) Tuesday-Saturday.

Any item sold at a discount or "on sale" is sold "AS-IS" and are non-refundable, non-returnable and no credits will be applied.

You may return any product purchased on lilynicoleandco.com for any reason within 3 business days from the time of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition with original tags, labels and price tags attached.

Within 3 business days of your original purchase we will provide a full credit card refund, facilitate an exchange or provide store credit.


After 5 business days from your original purchase, if the item is in its original condition with the tags still on, we will provide store credit on lilynicoleandco.com for the original purchase value. If the item is not in its original condition, we will provide store credit for the current value of the item.

We do not accept returns after 10 business days from the date of purchase.

To initiate an exchange or return, please use the options below.

Once you have received approval by email to return the item, please ship it to the address provided in your return instructions.

You are responsible for the shipping costs on your return. We recommend you use tracking and delivery confirmation on your return just to be safe. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Lily Nicole & Co. to refund your credit card upon receipt.

Gift orders are eligible for store credit in the amount that the gift giver paid for the item. This store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future orders on lilynicoleandco.com.
